Design
- A representation of the design (drawings, photographs, or other graphic representations) in six views and perspective view. Each application is allowed a maximum of 10 representations
- A description of the design, if necessary, to explain the visual elements.
- If the applicant is not a designer, the information of applicant's right, eg by assignment or employee invention contract, etc.
- Statement of Novelty
- Bibliographic information of priority application of Document with English translation. (The Registrar does not usually require priority documents to be lodged but theren is a possibility to requires the lodgement thereof.)
