Patent
- Under Paris Convention
- Thailand written description, claims and drawings (Application may be filed with the original language specificaiton but Thai translation thereof must be filed within 90 days after filing Thai application.)
- Notarized Power of Attorney (Individual or General)
- Assignment or Statement of applicant's right

Entry Time Limit =30 months from the date of priority or International Filing Date
- Thai written description, claims and drawings (Minimum requirements for securing the entry to Thai national phase are : Thai translations of a title of invention, claims and abstract The description as published in International publication Entire Thai translations of those must be submitted in 90 days from the entry date of Thai national phase.)
